Leak Solutions provides waterproofing, structural repair, crack injection and epoxy flooring services. Scope, pricing and timelines for each project are confirmed in a written proposal following a site inspection.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from the initial inspection.
Applicable projects include a written workmanship warranty, with terms specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by structural movement, unauthorized alterations, or failure to maintain the treated surface as advised.
